Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically produce a starting schedule which can minimize the starting time while satisfying plural operation limit conditions at a time by increasing the adoption ratio of the starting schedule that is acquired by an adaptive knowledge acquisition means.

CONSTITUTION: An actual starting schedule is produced from a 1st starting schedule which is produced based on the schedule correction value calculated by a schedule correction value calculation means 600 and a 2nd starting schedule which is produced based on the schedule correction value acquired by an adaptive knowledge acquisition means 800. Then an autonomy management means 200 increases the adoption ratio of the 2nd starting schedule by increasing the autonomous coefficients that prescribe the adoption ratios of the 1st and 2nd starting schedules every time the start is repeated. Therefore, the rate of the 2nd starting schedule is increased and it is possible to produce a more suitable starting schedule in response to the change of the plant operation condition as the plant starting frequency is increased.
