Abstract:
To provide a technique for appropriately making an emergency stop of a robot.SOLUTION: A robot comprises a horn 112 (a grip part 244). A main body part of the robot includes a movement determination unit for determining a movement direction, a driving mechanism for executing determined movement, a power source part for supplying power to the driving mechanism, and a cutoff mechanism 240 for cutting off power supply from the power source part when the horn 112 (the grip part 244) is pulled out. When the horn 112 is pulled out, a spring terminal 150 and a conductive body 152 enter a non-contact state, and a power line 130 is physically broken. Therefore, the robot makes an emergency stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
