Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic drive support device, an automatic drive support method and a program that allow an automatic drive to be continued even when a large-sized vehicle turning right or left approaches after an own vehicle stops at a stoppage line.SOLUTION: An automatic drive support device comprises: own vehicle stoppage determination means that determines whether to stop an own vehicle at a stoppage line when detecting the stoppage line during an automatic drive; own vehicle position determination means that, when determining that the own vehicle stops at the stoppage line via the own vehicle stoppage determination means, determines whether an own vehicle position stopping at the stoppage line obstructs a travel of the opposing vehicle on the basis of a traveling route of the opposing vehicle turning right or left; and movement control means that, when determining that the own vehicle position stopping at the stoppage line obstructs a travel of the opposing vehicle via the own vehicle position determination means, controls so as to move the own vehicle to a retreat location where a position on the traveling route of the opposing vehicle and the own vehicle position are not overlapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
