Abstract:
To provide an autonomous navigation-type ocean buoy which autonomously heads to rescue a victim on receiving a distress signal and also functions as a maritime communication base station, and to provide a marine information system.SOLUTION: Provided is an autonomous navigation-type ocean buoy which is a buoy configured to autonomously navigate on the ocean to a destination and to hold a fixed position on the basis of a GPS signal, internal sensor information and a marine chart information, comprising: a buoy body; a detection part for receiving the internal sensor information; an offshore searching part; an underwater searching part; a determination part for creating a navigation plan; a propulsion part for propelling the buoy; a navigation control part for controlling to drive the propulsion part according to the navigation plan generated by the determination part; a power generation part for generating a power utilizing a natural energy; a power storage part; and a communication part for communicating with the outside, and has an autonomous navigation mode for autonomously navigating to a specified offshore position and a fixed position mode for autonomously holding the fixed position at the specified offshore position. Also provided is a marine information system which arranges the plurality of buoys in a constant water area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
