A sample suction part 11 sucks the liquid sample from the sample container through the sample collecting needle 5. The sample suction part 11 intermittently performs a plurality of times of sample suction operation of the liquid sample stored in one sample container. A high purity gas supply part 13 supplies high purity gas composed of high purity air or high purity nitrogen gas into the sample container through the gas feeding needle 7. At least during suction operation of the liquid sample by the sample suction part 11, the high purity gas supply part 13 supplies the high purity gas more than the suction volume of the liquid sample to the sample container through the gas feeding needle 7.
