An annular frame 3 is set on a wheel shaft 1 of the bicycle by a lightweight-strong raw material, and a plurality of sound sources 7 suspended in a semicircular shape by this, are continuously sounded by rotation of a rotary disk 4 set on the wheel shaft 1.
