PURPOSE: To efficiently and smoothly make previous arrangements, by constituting the title apparatus of two or more catalogs divided at every previous arrangement procedure and at every step and a stand capable of standing said catalogs.

CONSTITUTION: A receiving case 3 having catalogs 1a, 1b... received therein are carried to be placed on a desk and opened to horizontally place the case half body 4 on the desk and a hinge piece 7 is superposed on the case half body 4 while a case half body 5 and the hinge 7 are allowed to stand in an inverted V-shape when looked from the side surface to be assembled into a stand 2 and the catalogs 1a, 1b... are stood against the case half body 5. The catalogs 1a, 1b... thus stood against the stand 2 are placed at the lateral place of the space between a builder and a donator and they make previous arrangements so as to follow the stages of steps 1, 2... in the order of the catalogs 1a, 1b.... At this time, each of the catalogs 1a, 1b... is opened and stood against the stand 2 to give an explanation. Therefore, the builder and the donator can make previous arrangements efficiently and smoothly without wastefulness.
