Abstract:
To provide an auxiliary braking system to assist the braking effect of a rolling stock, and a system to reuse the energy consumed during the braking effect and uses the energy in the power generation.
The power is generated by using a moving device having a pulley block 12 movable along a guide truck 11 connected to a rolling stock and provided at a center of a rail 6 for the rolling stock, and an energy accumulation device 2 which consists of a spiral power spring mechanism and a traction rope 22 and is connected to the pulley block, and accumulates the elastic energy, and connecting the spiral power spring mechanism to a power generation device 3 by a transmission mechanism and using the elastic energy.
