Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent the occurrence of blowholes and to weld different kinds of metallic materials for which at least one is high nitrogen-containing material containing ≥0.04wt.% nitrogen with electron beam.
CONSTITUTION: Both materials are selected so that nitrogen content of the material containing higher nitrogen content is regulated to ≤ nitrogen solubility at the liquid phase of a resolidified metal part by welding and the electron beam welding is performed by jointly using a filler, etc.
