This arrangement has structure wherein an attaching frame 20 is fixed to a recessed part of a cargo bed floor of a vehicle, wherein a roller mechanism 40 with a large number of auxiliary cargo handling rollers equipped freely rotatably to a roller frame 41 is provided freely liftably inside the attaching frame 20, wherein the roller mechanism 40 is driven liftably by a drive means for lifting-up and -down. In this arrangement, rollers 43 for lifting are freely rotatably supported outside the roller frame 41, a roller receiving member 30 for lifting having a sloped face 31 on which the rollers 43 for lifting ride up is fixed to the attaching frame 20 in an outer position of the roller frame 41, and a plate-like abutting member 45 pushed to a direction to which the roller 43 for lifting ascends the sloped face 31 by the drive means for lifting is fixed outside the roller frame 41.
