To provide a new hanging and holding structure capable of improving the speed and safety of the moving work for a person to be cared by a moving device for caring.

A hanger 21 for hanging a body holding means 120 for holding the body of the person to be cared is suspended and supported by a cord-like member 26 through a movable pulley 25. One end of the member 26 is connected to a restoring device 3 including a cone for restoration 33. The hanger 21 can be pulled up to an optional height with a hand. When arresting of the hanger 21 is released after finishing moving of the person to be cared, the hanger is restored and moved naturally to an upper fixed position by restoration power given by the restoring device 3. The restoring device 3 includes a resistor 41. Since the resistance of this resistor 41 is reduced when the hanger 21 is moved against the restoration power and the resistance is increased when the hanger 21 is moved by the restoration power, moving in the case of pulling the hanger 21 with the hand is light and restoring movement in the case of taking off the hand from the hanger is slow.
