An image transmitting device 40 is mounted for the sight free observation of an auxiliary device. The image transmitting device 40 comprises a sensor 42, a display device 44 and a transmitting path 46. The sensor 42 detects an image indicating a driving pulley 18 connected to an auxiliary driving device. The display device 44 makes the image detected by the sensor 42 to be visible. The transmitting path 46 transmits the image detected by the sensor 42 to the display device 44.
