The auxiliary drive control device that is applied to a vehicle 1 that includes an internal combustion engine 3 provided as a running power source, and a plurality of auxiliaries 8a-8e that can be connected to an output shaft 3a of the internal combustion engine 3 to mutually transmit power, includes: a clutch 12 that is provided in the power transmission path between the internal combustion engine 3 and the auxiliaries 8a-8e and can connect or disconnect the transmission of the power between these; and an integration motor 15 that is connected to each of the auxiliaries 8a-8e so that power can be transmitted mutually. The auxiliary drive control device, when the drive power required by the auxiliaries 8a-8e is less than the determination value, executes a first drive mode and switches the clutch 12 to a release state and drives the auxiliaries 8a-8e by the integration motor 15, and when the drive power required by the auxiliaries 8a-8e is equal to or more than the determination value, execute a second drive mode and switches the clutch 12 to an engagement state and drives the auxiliaries 8a-8e by the internal combustion engine 3.
