Abstract:
To provide an auxiliary exposing device capable of exposing while keeping the quantity of light from linearly arrayed LED light emitting elements uniform on a recording medium to such as degree as not to cause the deterioration of picture.
Light radiated from LED light emitting elements 25 enters an optical flat 27 from an incident surface 27a. After that, the light exits from an incident surface 27b while being reflected repeatedly by a surface given reflection coating. Then, the light is regulated to have a prescribed irradiation width by a slit formed at a slit board 29 and irradiates the outer peripheral surface of a photoreceptor drum 1.
