Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary fuel blowing operating method by which the pulverized coal blowing operation performed heretofore can be followed, and further, the blowing of waste synthetic resin granular bodies can be performed with the conventional blowing peripheral equipment used as it is.
SOLUTION: In this auxiliary fuel blowing operating method in which pulverized coals and waste synthetic resin granular bodies are blown into a furnace as auxiliary fuels respectively via exclusive tuyeres, and furnace operation is performed, provided that the average pulverized coal ratio in the pulverized coal blowing tuyere is defined as PCR (kg/tp), the average waste synthetic resin granular body blowing ratio in the waste synthetic resin granular body blowing tuyere is defined as PLR (kg/tp), the heat generation of the pulverized coals is defined as Qpc, and the heat generation of the waste synthetic resin granular bodies is defined as Qpl, under the following conditions, the blowing of the waste synthetic resin granular bodies is performed: PLR=PCR×(Qpc/ Qpl)×A; wherein, A=0.7 to 1.2.
