To provide an auxiliary member for a wall attaching fixture, which can be simply attached to the rear surface of a thin wall, and which can be surely held by wood screws or the like.

An auxiliary member for a wall attaching fixture is composed of an auxiliary fixture 14 having a ring-like plate 18, and a fixture for attaching this auxiliary fixture 14 to a thin wall 12. The auxiliary fixture 14 comprises a planer member 18 having an elasticity and adapted to abut against the rear side of the thin wall 12, and a coupling part 22 integrally formed with the peripheral edge part of a center space of the planar member 18, substantially perpendicular to the latter. Further, the fixture is composed of a projection adapted to be locked to the front side of the wall 12 and an attaching part adapted to be attached thereto with the coupling part 22.
