To provide a method for manufacturing a block for melting snow which can be manufactured by correctly positioning a water sprincling nozzle.

A water sprinkling nozzle has a main body 11 connected with a branch pipe 4 and an apex part being removably assembled with this main body 11. An auxiliary tool 32 has approximately the same shape as that of the apex part and is removably assembled with the main body 11. In addition, a permanent magnet 39 is provided in the auxiliary tool 32. The auxiliary tool 32 is assembled with the main body 11 of the water scattering nozzle before concrete is filled and the concrete is filled under a condition where this auxiliary tool 32 is attracted on the bottom plate 15 of a form 50 and after demolding, the auxiliary tool 32 is exchanged for the apex part. There exists no possibility of generating a gap between the water scattering nozzle and the bottom plate 51 of the form 50 during manufacturing of it and no deviation in the direction. In addition, after demolding, by exchanging the auxiliary tool 32 for the apex part, the apex face of the water scattering nozzle comes to a condition where it is correctly fitted to the top face of the block main body.
