Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent installation properly hardly requiring mounting work in an unreasonable posture by providing a magnetic attraction member constructed of a permanent magnet in which one magnetic pole is fixed in a cup yoke bottom part, and arranging the other magnetic pole of the permanent magnet and a magnetic pole of a cup yoke in the magnetic attraction member opposedly to an object to be attracted.
SOLUTION: A magnetic attraction member 10 is magnetically attracted to a deck plate 4 so as to be installed. Using a SUS 430 with a saturated magnetic flux density of 1.6 T (tesla), a cup yoke 12 is provided with an inside diameter of 24 mm and an outside diameter of 31mm. In the inside bottom part of the cup yoke 12, a Nd-Fe-B group anisotropic sintered magnet 11, which is formed into a disk with a diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 5 mm and is provided with a residual magnetic flux density of 1.1 T (tesla), is fixed by means of an epoxy group adhesive 19. X=1mm, Y=0.5mm, and attraction force of a magnetic type hanging apparatus 100 is approximately 8kgf. When the thickness of the deck plate 4 is increased, attracting force is increased in proportion to the increase in the thickness of the deck plate 4.
