To provide an auxiliary tool which improves sliding of a storing bag to be taken out one by one easily when the storing bag is taken out from an outer bag storing a plurality of plastic bags such as a garbage bag or the like and which prevents breakage of the outer bag at an outlet for taking out the storing bag.

An inserting frame made of a material having a repulsive force is inserted between the outer bag and the storing bags from the outlet for taking out the storing bag of the outer bag and a room is made in the outer bag by keeping a space between the outer bag and the storing bags and sliding of the storing bag is improved when the storing bag is taken out so that the storing bag can be taken out one by one from the outer bag and by inserting the inserting frame into the outer bag, a load applied to the outlet for taking out the storing bag of the outer bag is vanished to prevent breakage of the outer bag when the storing bag is taken out.
