Title:
AUXILIARY TRUCK FOR POWER SUPPLY/RECEPTION TO TRUCK AND METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3608407
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary truck for power supply/signal reception for a truck which is hardly influenced by the vibration of the truck.
SOLUTION: An auxiliary track 11 is attached to a truck 2 running on rails 6 with shock absorbers 12 and universal joints 13 therebetween and transferred on auxiliary rails 14 which are laid near trolley wires 1 and an inductive radio cable 4 along them. Pantograph collectors 15 which are kept in contact with the trolley wires 1 for the electric power supply to the truck 2 and/or an inductive radio antenna 16 for the reception of signals from the inductive radio cable 4 are/is mounted on the auxiliary truck 11. With this constitution, even if the truck vibrates, the vibration is absorbed by the shock absorbers and the universal joints and not transmitted to the auxiliary truck and relative positions between the pantograph collectors and the trolley wires and between the inductive radio antenna and the inductive radio cable are not changed, so that the power supply and the signal reception can be stabilized.
