Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always control all units by providing the slave CPU in response to each component to control these components. CONSTITUTION:The subunits 31-3n contain the components 311-31n (voice amplifiers with speakers, television receivers, CD players, VTR, record players, video disk players, etc.) and the slave CPUs 321-31n which control those components 311-31n respectively. A main unit 4 contains a master CPU 41 having programs to control the units 31-3n, a common bus 42, digital picture processing parts 431-43m and an external connection interface 44. The units 31-3n are connected to the unit 4 via the bus 42 which transmits the clocks, data, idents, etc. Thus the units 31-3n can always be controlled by the unit 4 which functions as a normal unit.
