Abstract:

To provide an avian vaccine having an anti-Newcastle disease virus action.

The avian DNA vaccine has, as an active ingredient, a cyclic DNA promotor having a specific base sequence characteristically connected to the cDNA which codes the F protein of Newcastle disease virus under the control of a promotor having a specific base sequence or its partially substituted, deficient or added promotor.
