PURPOSE: To ensure safe flight by grasping eventual abnormality in the consciousness of the pilot due to acceleration automatically with double checking of audio response given by the pilot and a signal about drop in the gripping force, and transferring to the forced maneuvering automatically when any abnormality is confirmed.

CONSTITUTION: Under flight of an airplane, the output of an acceleration sensor 7 is fed to an out-of-consciousness calculation block 8 and the anticipation of intrusion into the out-of-consciousness range obtained by this fed data and the judgement region data 40 and the result from time width calculation, etc., for darkening generated in the eyes of the pilot as omen for missing the consciousness are given to a countermeasure deciding block 9. The output of a touch sensor 23 installed on a control stick 2 is fed to an off-hand judging block 6, and the result 27 from judgement is given to the above-mentioned block 9. When intrusion is made into the out-of-consciousness range and when the off-hand judgement is placed, a query is imposed on the pilot 1, and if a referencing/judging block 10 which receives a query notice 36, has judged as abnormal, an emergency communication block 18 and a force maneuvering command block 11 are started.
