To provide an awning device which enables an angle of an arm, that is, an angle of the stretching and holding of an opening/closing body means to be easily adjusted without the use of a dedicated tool.

An angle adjusting means is provided with an angle adjusting ring which is composed of a ring equivalent in shape to a crank ring. The angle adjusting means is manually turned by hooking a hook of a crank handle on the angle adjusting ring, so that a mounting angle of an arm supporting means can be adjusted. Thus, since the angle adjusting ring can be turned by means of the hook of the crank handle, the angle of the stretching and holding of a canvas as the opening/closing body means can be easily adjusted by means of the crank handle without the use of the dedicated tool similarly in the case of the operation of winding/unwinding the canvas as the opening/closing body means.
