Abstract:

To provide an awning device capable of freely adjusting the position of a use surface of a canvas which is kept stretched, and of providing smooth opening and closing.

The awning device includes a first winding part 30 fitted to an upper part of a window 20, a drive mechanism 31 rotating the first winding part 30 to enable winding and unwinding, arms 50 ends of which are rotatably fitted to the window 20, respectively, a second winding part 60 fitted to the other ends of the arms 50 and urged in a predetermined rotational direction, the canvas 80 arranged on the first winding part 30 and the second winding part 60, urging mechanisms 90 urging the arms 50 in the direction of widening the angle to the window 20 of the side of the first winding part 30, and stopper mechanisms 70 locking the arms 50 in the direction of the urging force. When the canvas 80 is closed, the winding force of the first winding part 30 is larger than the resultant force of the urging force of the arms 50 and the winding force of the second winding part 60.
