Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce planar vibration of a motor by providing an oilless metal and a thrust ball in a shaft end, thereby eliminating a noise at the starting time. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 is composed by inserting a coil 1a into a core 1b and molding it with thermosetting resin 1c. A rotor 2 is press-fitted into a rotor shaft 3 which is knurled. An oilless metal 7 and a thrust ball 8 are provided at the shaft end. When the stator 1 is energized, the rotor 2 is electromagnetically attracted to the stator 1 side and rotated. Since the rotor 2 is pressed to the stator 1 side by a washer 9 and the ball 8 formed of an elastic material at the attracting time, a play of a ball bearing 5 in the thrust direction is eliminated, and noise at the attracting time can be obviated.
