To provide an axial-flow fan device having a structure which can set the distance between an axial-flow fan and an apparatus wall (the interval of a space area) necessary to operate the axial-flow fan soundly, simply and securely.

In an axial-flow fan device 1 composed by installing an axial- flow fan 2 to an installing panel 3 in the condition setting by opposing the rotary blade 5 of the axial-flow fan 2 to an opening 6 formed to the installing panel 3, rod form members 9a and 9b projecting outward are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the installing panel 3, and the axial-flow fan 2 is set in the condition providing the rod form members 9a and 9b between the axial-flow fan 2 and an apparatus wall at the opposite side. As a result, a space area longer than the length L1 of the rod form members 9a and 9b is to be existed between the suction port 8 or the exhaust port 12 of the axial-flow fan 2, and the apparatus wall at the opposite side.
