Abstract:
To raise the utilization factor of heat generated by a motor.
A metal can 7 is provided inside a stator 3 with a coil 10 being in contact with the stator 3, and a rotor 4 having an axial flow impeller 22 at the outer peripheral part and rotationally driven by applying a current to the coil 10 of the stator 3 is provided inside the can 7. The axial flow impeller 22 is thereby driven to rotate by applying a current to the coil 10 to rotationally drive the rotor 4, and a fluid flows through a passage 23 formed between the rotor 4 and the can 7. At this time, heat generated from the energized coil 10 is transmitted to the fluid through the metal can 7.
