Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the size and weight by introducing high rotating speed, to realize cavitation free operation, and to improve efficiency by improving the suction performance so as to enable compatibility of specific speed with suction specific speed.
CONSTITUTION: The inlet diameter D1 of an impeller fixed to a rotary shaft 1 is made larger than the outlet diameter D2, and the inlet diameter d1 of an impeller boss part 3 is made smaller than the outlet diameter d2 so that the effective suction head in the inlet part of the impeller is decreased.
