SOLUTION: Following to the rotation of a rotary shaft 6a, the inside of a lubrication oil storage room 12 is pressured, and a dirty lubrication oil is poured to the second space 27a from the first lurication oil storage room 12. In this case, a ring form piston 28 is operated to press in the right side. As a result, to the fixing ring 23 and the sliding surfaces of the first sliding part 25a and the second sliding part 25b, the second clean lubrication oil is fed from an oil feeding room 26 side, and the invasion of the dirty lubrication oil from the first lubrication oil storage room 12 is prevented. And by providing a spring to the second space 27a, the pressure Pm of the second lubrication oil can be increased, and the second lubrication oil can be fed to the first lubrication oil storage room 12 side from the oil feeding room 26 side forcibly.
