Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a vehicle to travel stably when the vehicle is in an empty condition.SOLUTION: An axle automatic lifting device 20 includes: a detection part 272 for detecting a turning limit state of a vehicle 1; and a descent control part 273 for descending a rear-forward axle 3 in response to a detection of a turning limit state by the detection part 272, if between the rear-forward axle 3 and a rear-rear axle 4 as a plurality of rear axles provided in the vehicle 1, the rear-forward axle 3 as a part of the rear axles is being lifted. The detection part 272 calculates threshold limit values of elements indicating a motion state of the vehicle 1 when the vehicle 1 can stably travel at a detected vehicle speed and a steering angle, and if obtained values of elements indicating a motion state exceed the threshold limit values, detects that the vehicle 1 has reached the turning limit state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
