Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the assembly accuracy of the wheel base without any large assembly holder.
SOLUTION: In a single leaf spring type axle box supporting device, a coil spring 3 is disposed on an axle box 1 to support a truck frame 4, and a truck center side of the axle box 1 fitted to both ends of a wheel set 6 via a bearing and the truck frame 4 are connected to each other using a leaf spring 5. A recessed groove part 4c with one of facing sides in the longitudinal direction as an inclined surface 4a and the other as a perpendicular surface 4b is provided on the truck frame 4, and the leaf spring 5 is connected to the truck frame 4 via a leaf spring fitting piece 8 having a projection part 8c to be fitted in this groove part 4c. At least one of a fitting surface of the leaf spring 5 to the leaf spring fitting piece 8, or a fitting surface of the leaf spring 5 to the axle box 1 is flat and horizontal. The assembly accuracy of the wheel set can be ensured only by fitting the projection part of the leaf spring fitting piece in the groove part provided on the truck frame after the leaf spring and the leaf spring fitting piece are fitted to the axle box by using a small assembly holder without any large holder.
