To solve a problem in an axle driving device for transmitting power to an axle via a friction transmission device and a differential device, wherein the friction transmission device and the differential device are separate bodies and are disposed separately, and a link mechanism from the friction transmission device to the differential device is required, thus causing component cost increase or the like.
A friction transmission part 40 includes an input shaft 42 rotated and driven by power from an engine 3, a drive side rotary disc 43 supported on the input shaft 42, and a driven side rotary disc 44 with which a disc peripheral edge 44a comes into contact with a disc lower surface 43a of the drive side rotary disc 43, the driven side rotary disc 44 is outwardly fitted to an outer periphery of a differential case 45 of a differential part 41, in a ring shape, and is supported so as to be relatively unrotatable and axially slidable with respect to the rotary axis of the differential case 45, and thus the friction transmission part 40 and the differential part 41 are integrated in a transmission differential unit 11 which is provided.
