Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a hub bolt without making an axle hub large in a radial direction by providing a cutout which does not interfere with the removing locus of the hub bolt at the outer periphery of the flange side of an axle hub of a knuckle.
SOLUTION: A cutout 58 is formed at the front side of a vehicle in the outer periphery of an annular part 30A of a knuckle 30 and it is curvedly cut away so that it does not interfere with a removing locus when hub bolts 20 are removed. Moreover, the cutout 58 is made also in the middle of a pair of knuckle flanges. Since the cutout 58 is formed at the front side of the vehicle in the outer periphery of the annular part 30A of the knuckle 30, if the cutout is used, the hub bolts 20 can be removed from bolt inserted holes 18 along the removing locus without interfering with the annular part 30A of the hub bolts 20.
