Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title mixture which has a low ozone depletion potential, is noncombustible or slightly combustible, and us useful as a refrigerant, a blowing agent, or a propellant by mixing specific compds.

CONSTITUTION: The title mixture contains monochlorodifluoroethane in an amt. of pref. 40mol% or higher, still pref. 40-87mol%, and octafluorocyclobutane in an amt. of pref. 60mol% or lower, still pref. 60-13mol%, as essential components.
