Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new composition free from the problem of ozonosphere destruction.
CONSTITUTION: The objective azeotropic composition or pseudo-azeotropic composition of fluorinated hydrocarbon is composed of 1,2,3,3,4,4,5,5- octafluorocyclopentane and ethanol. The composition is free from ozonosphere destruction problem and useful as a cleaning solvent and a draining and drying solvent.
