PURPOSE: To obtain a new azole derivative useful as a neutropic agent or a therapeutic agent for circulatory diseases, having weakly extrapyramidal action and a little adverse effect.
CONSTITUTION: This azole derivative is expressed by formula I [(n) is 1-5; Z1 to Z2 each is N or C and when one of Z1 to Z3 is N, R1, R3 or R4 bonded to N does not exist; R1 to R3 each is H, an alkyl or phenyl; R4 is H or an alkyl; W is a group of formula II (X is H, a halogen, an alkyl, etc.), a group of formula III (R5 is H, an alkyl, phenyl, etc.), etc.] and its pharmacologically permissible salt is for example, cis-2-[4-[4-(1H-benzotriazole-1-yl)-1- piperidinyl[butyl]perhydroisoindole-1,3-dione. The compound of formula I, for example, is obtained by reacting a compound of formula IV (Y is an eliminable group selected from a halogen, tosyloxy and mesyloxy) with a compound of formula V.
