The invention provides a B7-H3 antibody, an antigen-binding fragment thereof and a medical use thereof. Furthermore, the present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising the B7-H3 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and the use thereof as a medicament. In particular, the invention discloses a use of a human B7-H3 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of B7-H3-associated disease or condition.
