The baby buggy cover 1 also usable as a garment comprises a back surface member 2 and a pair of side surface members 3 projecting to both side edges of the upper area 2a of the back surface member 2. When the baby buggy cover 1 also usable as a garment is used as a garment, the back surface member 2 serves as a back body part positioning at the back side and a pair of the side surface members 3 serve as a pair of front body parts. When the baby buggy cover 1 is used as a baby buggy cover, the back surface member 2 serves as a back surface cover positioning at the upper part and the back surface part of the seat and the pair of the side surface members 3 serve as the side surface cover covering the side part and the front part of the seat.
