To provide a baby carriage cover, capable of ventilating to an atmosphere, the temperature and humidity suitable for growth and health of a baby, without stagnating an atmosphere such as imparting an unpleasant feeling.

Ventilation is performed by opening an upper side opening part 2c of a central part cover 2, a rear side opening part 2c of a rear side flap 2a and both side opening parts 3c and 3c of side surface part covers 3 and 3, by pulling down blocking-up sheets 4, etc. of a rear surface part and both side parts downward, by liftably moving a ceiling part blocking-up sheet 2e of the central part cover 2 for constituting the baby carriage cover 1. The ventilation can also be performed by upwardly opening a front side flap 2b of the central part cover 2. While, the upper side opening part 2c of the central part cover 2 is blocked up by the ceiling part blocking-up sheet 2e, and the rear side opening part 2c of the rear side flap 2a and both side opening parts 3c and 3c of the side surface part covers 3 and 3, are blocked up by the blocking-up sheets 4, etc., to check intrusion of the atmosphere such as imparting an unpleasant feeling to the baby.
