Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic four-wheel switching mechanism miniaturized compared with the conventional one.SOLUTION: A baby carriage (10) is provided with: a front-wheel caster mechanism (14); a rear-wheel caster mechanism (15); a front-wheel caster locking member (22); a rear-wheel caster locking member (23); a front-wheel wire (24) linked to the front-wheel caster locking member (22) at one end side; a rear-wheel wire (25) linked to the rear-wheel caster locking member (23) at one end side; and a caster lock switching member (30) connected to the other end of the front-wheel wire and the other end of the rear-wheel wire. The caster lock switching member includes: a front-wheel wire winding part that is supported on a car body frame (11) so as to be able to rotate in a forward direction and a backward direction and that is provided at one end in an axial direction so as to be able to wind the other end of the front-wheel wire in the forward direction and unwind the same in the backward direction; and a rear-wheel wire winding part that is provided at the other end in an axial direction so as to be able to wind the other end of the rear-wheel wire in the backward direction and unwind the same in the forward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
