The baby carrying tool includes a baby carrier composed of a carrier body having a head pad portion, a back pad portion, a groin pad portion, and a front pad portion to support the occiput, the back, the groin, and the abdomen of a baby and a pair of belt portions extending from right and left ends of the head pad portion or the back pad portion and a folding portable carrier composed of a vertically stretchable body frame, a base frame swingably connected to the lower portion of the body frame like a cantilever, a pair of wheels supported on the lower end of the body frame, and a handle provided at the upper end of the body frame. Two first strip members are provided parallel in the vertical direction on the upper portion of the outside areas of the head pad portion of the baby carrier and two second strip members are droopingly provided in the handle of the upper portion of the folding portable carrier. Engagingly stopping members are provided on the upper ends of the first strip members and engaging members are provided on one ends of the lower ends of the second strip members.
