Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back door structure which can realize excellent design in aerodynamic performance and low vehicle height requirement and achieve both rearward visibility expansion and improvement of fastening strength of an outer panel and to provide its production method.SOLUTION: An outer panel 5 which is fastened to an inner panel 4 to form a closed cross section A has a spoiler part 43 extending so as to protrude backward in the vehicle from the vicinity immediately over a window opening part 7a of an inner panel 4, and the lower surface part 43a of the spoiler part 43 is extended in the direction intersecting the perpendicular-surface direction of the upper end of a rear window shield 7 adhered to the inner edge part 16g of the window opening part 7a formed in the inner panel 4. An inner edge part 41g fastening the lower surface part 43a of the spoiler part 43 to the inner panel 4 is extended from the vicinity of the inner edge part 16g in a more horizontal direction than the direction of the rear window shield 7.
