To stably provide a back face protecting sheet constituting an inexpensive and safe solar battery module for realizing excellent strength and excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, light resistance, wind pressure resistance, hail resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, dirt resistance, light reflectivity, light diffusion, and design or the like, and for sharply improving moisture proofing for preventing intrusion of moisture or oxygen; for minimizing long term deterioration; and for realizing extremely high durability and excellent protecting capabilities and a solar battery module using the back protecting sheet.
The sputtered film of an inorganic oxide is arranged on one face of a base material film, and polyolefin system resin and annular polyolefin system resin are used and extruded so that an extruded layer constituted of a polyolefin system resin layer and an annular polyolefin system resin layer can be arranged on the face of the evaporated film of the non-organic oxide.
