To provide a back flow preventing container, which maintains the quality of contents by securely preventing intrusion of air into a container main body with a simple structure and is excellent in productivity.
A nozzle member 31 has: a cover part 40 for covering a locking protrusion 33 of a pouring port body 16 and a protrusion part 27 so as to connect them; and a cylindrical side wall 41 for covering a side surface of the locking protrusion 33. A locking convex part 43 locked by a locking groove part 35 of the pouring port body 16 is protruded over the entire circumference of a peripheral edge part inside the peripheral edge part of the side wall 41 and a chamfered part 50 is formed at an end edge on the lower inner peripheral side of the locking convex part 43. When the nozzle member 31 is pushed from an upper end part of the pouring port body 16, the locking convex part 43 is brought into contact with the locking protrusion 33 at the chamfered part 50 and the nozzle member 31 is pressed into the side of the pouring port body 16 while escaping to the outside along the inclination of the chamfered part 50. As a result, the cover part 40 is elastically deformed and the side wall 41 is widened radially outwardly.
