To provide a back lining packaging bag that can be opened easily, safely and comfortably.
A back lining packaging bag is configured by: folding a piece of packaging film having a peelable adhesive layer on a single side of a base film layer with the peelable adhesive layer surface as inside; forming a back lining sealing part by sealing both right and left ends with twofold; and forming a top and bottom sealing part by sealing both top and bottom ends perpendicular to the back lining sealing part. The back lining packaging bag is characterized in that either one end of the right and left ends of the back lining sealing part projects from the back lining sealing part to form a flap, a cut line shorter than the width of the top and bottom sealing part is formed in either one of right and left packaging films at the root portion on the top and bottom sealing part of the back lining sealing part; and the seal strength of the top and bottom sealing part is 1-25 N/15 mm.
