The back muscle-reinforcing half top as a ladies' garment covers and trims the upper half body of a wearer, wherein stretchable tapes each having a prescribed width and stretchability in a longitudinal direction are sequentially connected to a part ranging from a front-body armhole to an upper edge of the back part of the back body part along the armhole from a part ranging from the shoulder strap part to the armpit of the front body part, and woven or knit cloth stretchable in both of transverse and lengthwise directions, and air-permeable net cloth is used for the arm part between the front body part and the back body part.
