PURPOSE: To enable a disposable diaper as it is to be dumped into drain water of a flush toilet after the use without leaking out of the diaper feces and urine excreted outside the body by disposing a film coated on one side with a water- repellent agent and having the one side directed inside.
CONSTITUTION: A film made of polyvinyl alcohol of 79-98% of saponification degree and gelation accelerator of polyvinylalcohol and having one side coated with a water-repellent agent is disposed to direct the one side inward so that a back sheet for a desired disposable diaper is provided. Thus, non-permeability of water on the one side of the film is drastically improved and the film when dumped into water can be dissolved or dispersed in a short time.
