Abstract:
PURPOSE:To feed a current to a tail lamp and turn it on and off and back-up a brake lamp by detecting an unlighted brake lamp by means of an abnormality detecting circuit and closing a switch circuit via an oscillating circuit when said brake lamp fails to be on. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the breakage of the brake-lamp filament 2 of a brake/tail lamp bulb 1 or an electric wiring 4, an abnormality detecting circuit 9 detects this and outputs an H signal to an AND element 12. And, when a brake lamp switch 6 is turned on, an H signal is outputted from the AND element 12. Thereby, an oscillating circuit 10 outputs a defined load applied voltage at an on-off timing to the extent that the on-off of a lamp is visible. As a result, accompanying the on-off of a switch circuit 11, a DC current is fed to a tail-lamp filament 3 via a back-up electric wiring 13, to back-up the brake-lamp filament 2.
