Abstract:
To obtain a backing paper for flame-retardant or non-frame-retardant plastic wall paper, incorporated with an inexpensive filler, having sufficient opacity, seldom causing blisters in a plastic paste coating process.
The baking paper for plastic wall paper is obtained at low cost by incorporating a sheet of paper with 5-50 wt.% of kaolin ≤3μm in mean particle size as the filler. The backing paper thus obtained has the above-mentioned advantages.
